Driver Home Country – Germany

This is the fourth driver home country, the final one before summer break is over. Yay! (It’s late as I’ve been busy including getting ready to head to Zandvoort next weekend)

Germany is the home country of Stake driver Nico Hulkenberg. Hulkenbergs ‘s F1 debut came in Bahrain 2010, for Williams. He spent one season at Williams before getting dropped. He spent 2011 as the reserve driver for Force India, before becoming their driver in 2012. He went to Sauber for 2013 before returning to Force India in 2014 until 2016. He then went to Renault in 2017 until 2019. He then become Aston Martin/Racing Point reserve driver for 2020 until 2022. In 2023 he returned to Formula one full time as a HAAS driver, he spent 2 years there before moving to Stake for the 2025 season. It took him 15 years, 241 race starts, 1 pole position and 593 points to finally get a podium on the 6th July 2025 at Silverstone, where he finished third.

My German Meal options are, the main meal is Konigsberger Klopse, the side is German Red Cabbage and the dessert is Black Forest Cake.
