
| Ingredients · 3 cups pumpkin diced · cup olive oil · 1/42 tbs honey · 1 tbs dried sage · 100 g feta crumbled · 1 cup rocket leaves |
| Instructions 1) Combine oil, honey and sage together and toss through pumpkin. 2) Bake pumpkin in a 220C oven for 30 minutes until starting to brown, then allow to cool, making sure oil is kept in the bottom of the dish. 3) Toss the pumpkin, feta and rocket with the oil. (You can also serve with chips) |
